Shipping and Return Policy

We Offer The Fastest Shipping Available in the United States

Shipping Information:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $25 site wide.
  • Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 5-24 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • Your product should arrive within 5 to 10 Business Days to a USA address (If its a high demand product please allow up to 15 days before contacting customer support). Other Countries vary but typically between 10-30 days due to customs
  • Cancellations / Order Changes:

    Orders are immediately sent to fulfillment. Unfortunately, once orders are placed we cannot make changes or cancel.

    When you contact us we will require: 

    • Proof of purchase and/ or 2) Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)
    • Reason for Return

    If the product is found to be defective, we will replace with working product(s). This falls under our 30 Day Quality Assurance Guarantee. 

    If you still wish to return we have a 15 Day return policy. Once we receive the item we will either issue a replacement unit or in store Credit via giftcard. 

    • All items should be shipped back in new condition
    • To avoid lost items, we recommend using an insured & trackable shipping method for your returns.
    • If items are not received a refund cannot be processed
    • We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us
    • Once items are received please allow 3-4 business days return to be inspected in and processed.
    • All returns will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee and all shipping costs are non refundable

    Return Policy Details:

    Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Proof of purchase can be presented in two ways

    • Email address and order number 
    • Pictures of items received

    Replacement / Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide pictures of damaged shipped goods.
